Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years old or older at the time of signing the consent form
- You have been diagnosed with generalized Myasthenia Gravis (gMG) at a moderate to severe level (classified as MGFA class II, III, or IV)
- Your blood tests show a specific antibody linked to Myasthenia Gravis (called AChR antibody)
- You have either never been treated for gMG, or you have only taken a specific type of medication called an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor (a drug that helps muscles respond to nerve signals)
- Your generalized Myasthenia Gravis symptoms started within the last 12 months before your screening appointment (or your eye-related MG symptoms started within the last 24 months)

Who may not be able to join:
- Your Myasthenia Gravis is classified at the mildest level (MGFA class I, affecting only the eyes) or the most severe level (MGFA class V, requiring a breathing machine)
- You have previously had surgery to remove your thymus gland, unless it was removed to treat a non-cancerous thymus tumor before your MG diagnosis
- You have previously used or are currently using steroid medications or other immune-suppressing drugs to treat your Myasthenia Gravis
