Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have given written consent to participate (or whose legal representative has done so on their behalf)
• People aged 18 or older

• Women who could become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test before starting the trial
• People of childbearing potential who agree to use effective birth control or avoid heterosexual activity during the trial and for at least one month after the last treatment

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have received chemotherapy, biological therapy, or immunotherapy within 7 days before the trial start date
• People whose prior radiation treatment, in the opinion of the treating doctor, would make it unsafe to receive radiation to the brain and spine as part of this trial
• People who have multiple or serious neurological symptoms, such as confusion or brain swelling, as determined by the treating doctor
• People who have widespread cancer outside the brain and spine that is not under control
• People for whom, in the treating doctor's opinion, there are no reasonable remaining treatment options for their cancer overall
• People with other serious uncontrolled medical conditions, as determined by the treating doctor
• People with a history of HIV infection, unless they are on effective treatment and their viral load has been undetectable within the past 6 months
• People with a history of chronic hepatitis B infection, unless their viral load is undetectable and they are on suppressive therapy
• People with a history of hepatitis C infection, unless they have been successfully treated and cured, or are currently on treatment with an undetectable viral load
• People with another active cancer, unless the treating doctor considers it unlikely to interfere with the safety or results of this trial
• People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
• People who are unable to have an MRI scan of the brain and spine with contrast dye (gadolinium)
• People who, in the treating doctor's opinion, may not be able to follow all study procedures for any reason
• People with any other condition that the treating doctor considers would make participation unsafe
