Who might be able to join this trial:
- People diagnosed with muscle-invasive bladder cancer (a type of bladder cancer that has grown into the muscle wall) at a specific stage that has not spread to lymph nodes or other parts of the body
- People whose cancer did not respond after 2 rounds of a standard chemotherapy combination (called GC chemotherapy) given before surgery
- People who have not previously been treated with immunotherapy or targeted therapy drugs

- People who are in good general physical condition, able to carry out normal daily activities with little or no limitation (confirm with trial site)
Who may not be able to join:
- People under 18 years of age
- People with serious heart, brain, liver, or kidney disease
- People who are severely malnourished
- People with a mental illness that affects their ability to understand their situation or communicate clearly
- People who have been diagnosed with cancer in another organ in addition to bladder cancer
- People with a serious infection affecting the whole body
