Who might be able to join this trial:

- You are expected to need a lung transplant in the near future
- You currently have lung cancer, or lung nodules that may be early-stage lung cancer
- You have a condition where your immune system does not work properly from birth (primary immunodeficiency)
- You currently have an active infection such as HIV or active tuberculosis, and the research team considers this a concern
- You have taken part in another clinical trial and received a different trial medication within the last 28 days, which the research team thinks could affect the results
- The research team has any other concern that participating would not be in your best interest, such as concerns about your ability to follow the study requirements
