Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has been confirmed by a lab test, and the cancer is either at an advanced stage that cannot be treated with surgery or combined radiation and chemotherapy, or it has spread to other parts of the body or come back after previous treatment.
- You have advanced or spreading NSCLC that has stopped responding to a first course of treatment that included certain immunotherapy drugs (called PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors) combined with chemotherapy, or you have gone through two rounds of treatment (first immunotherapy, then chemotherapy) and both have stopped working.
- You have at least one area of cancer in your body that can be measured on a scan, based on standard measurement guidelines.
Who may not be able to join:
- Your cancer has been found by lab testing to contain a specific type of cell called a neuroendocrine component.
- Your cancer has certain specific genetic features — specifically a mutation in a gene called EGFR or a change involving a gene called ALK — that affect how the cancer grows.
- Your tumor is wrapped around important blood vessels, or shows significant signs of tissue breakdown or air pockets, and the medical team believes this could create a risk of bleeding.
