Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have signed an informed consent form agreeing to take part in the study
- People who are at least 18 years old
- People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (confirmed by a tissue or cell sample), without certain genetic changes known as EGFR or ALK mutations

- People who have a known allergy to the components of the study drug
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who have a mental health or psychological condition that would prevent them from completing the study or understanding the study information
- People who have or have had another type of cancer
- People who have had major surgery or a serious injury within the past 3 months
- People who have HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or active tuberculosis
- People who have received a vaccination within 4 weeks before the study is due to start
- People who have other health conditions that, in the study doctor's judgement, could increase the risks of the study drug or make it harder to assess side effects
