Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 50 and 90 years old
- You do not have any joint or bone problems that would stop you from doing leg exercises
- Your BMI is under 40 and you weigh less than 400 pounds
- You previously had COVID-19 and have had ongoing symptoms such as fatigue or a drop in your physical ability for at least 2 months after your infection
Who may not be able to join:
- You are not able to give written consent to participate
- You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant within the next 6 months
- You are a woman currently taking hormone therapy
- You have a fear of enclosed spaces (claustrophobia)
- You have joint or bone problems that prevent you from walking
- You are currently taking part in an exercise program or a breathing muscle rehabilitation program
