Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 21 years of age or older
- People who are being treated for a specific type of bladder cancer called high-grade non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (a cancer that stays in the inner lining of the bladder) by one of the urologists involved in this trial
- People who have had at least one full course of a bladder treatment called BCG at some point, and whose treating urologist considers that BCG has not worked — any amount of ongoing BCG maintenance treatment is also allowed
- People who, in the past 12 months, have received at least one dose of any treatment placed directly into the bladder, or at least one dose of a systemic (whole-body) treatment, for their bladder cancer
- People for whom the treating urologist believes there is no medical reason to avoid the trial treatment (nadofaragene firadenovec), and where the urologist is uncertain whether this treatment is better than standard care
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have chosen to have their bladder surgically removed (radical cystectomy)
- People who are currently enrolled in another clinical trial testing an experimental treatment for their bladder cancer
- People who have previously received the trial treatment, nadofaragene firadenovec
