  • You have had a serious heart or blood clot-related event in the last three months
  • Your doctors have recommended that your care focus only on comfort and symptom relief (palliative care only)
  • You are under legal guardianship, have had your freedom restricted by a legal or official decision, or are unable to give your own consent to participate
