- Your red blood cell count, white blood cell count, hemoglobin, or platelet count fall below the required minimum levels (confirm exact values with trial site)
- Your kidney or liver function is significantly reduced, including a kidney filtration rate (GFR) below 50 ml/min
- Your tumor has spread to more than 50% of an organ or is pressing significantly on your spinal cord

- You have a severe sudden illness or a serious, difficult-to-treat mental health disorder
