  • You have other serious health conditions that are hard to control, such as HIV, hepatitis C, active hepatitis B, or serious heart, lung, nerve, or mental health conditions
  • Your red blood cell count, white blood cell count, hemoglobin, or platelet count fall below the required minimum levels (confirm exact values with trial site)
  • Your kidney or liver function is significantly reduced, including a kidney filtration rate (GFR) below 50 ml/min
