Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- Your main or most troublesome diagnosis is Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD), or Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
- If you are taking medication, your dose has not changed in the last six weeks
- You are able to read and speak Swedish
Who may not be able to join:
- You currently have a diagnosis of a psychotic disorder, bipolar disorder, a brain or memory-related condition, or a moderate to severe problem with alcohol or drug use
- You are currently considered to be at immediate risk of suicide
- You are currently receiving any other form of talking therapy or psychological treatment at the same time
