Who might be able to join this trial:

• You must be 18 years old or older.
• A specific blood test (flow cytometry) must show that certain markers called CD19 or BCMA are present on your B cells (a type of immune cell).
• You must have been diagnosed with a neurological autoimmune disease that has come back or has not responded to previous treatments — this includes conditions such as neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD), myasthenia gravis (MG), multiple sclerosis (MS), autoimmune encephalitis (AE), or chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP).
• If you are a woman who could become pregnant, or a man whose partner could become pregnant, you must agree to use an approved form of birth control or abstain from sex during the study and for at least 6 months after treatment ends.
• If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test within 7 days before joining the study and must not be breastfeeding.
• You must be willing to sign a consent form, follow the study requirements, and attend all follow-up appointments.

Who may not be able to join:

• You have a history of severe allergic reactions to medications or a known tendency toward serious allergies.
• You have had any type of cancer within the past five years.
• You have been found to have poor or insufficient heart function.
• You have certain active or detectable infections, including hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, or syphilis (confirm with trial site for specific test details).
• You are currently pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
