Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have been officially diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) by a licensed mental health professional using a standard diagnostic interview
- You are not currently having thoughts of suicide or experiencing symptoms like hallucinations or losing touch with reality
- You have access to the internet and a mobile phone
- You have been taking the same psychiatric medication(s) at the same dose for at least one month before joining, and do not expect any dose changes during the 4-week study period
- You do not have any neurological or other medical condition that would make it difficult to take part
- You are able to see and tell apart different colors (for example, you do not have color blindness)
- You are not currently taking part in any other research study involving a treatment or intervention
- You are not currently receiving any other form of psychological therapy or treatment
Who may not be able to join:
- You are currently having thoughts of suicide or are experiencing symptoms such as hallucinations or psychosis
- Your psychiatric medication dose has changed in the past month, or a change is expected during the study period
- You have a significant neurological or medical illness that could interfere with taking part
- You have a visual condition, such as color blindness, that would prevent you from accurately seeing colored images used in the study
- You are currently enrolled in another clinical trial that involves a psychological treatment or intervention
- You are currently receiving any other psychological therapy or treatment outside of this study
