Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have been diagnosed with OCD as your main condition, confirmed through a structured interview, and previous treatment has not worked — meaning at least one course of talking therapy (CBT) or one antidepressant medication (SSRI) has not helped enough
- You do not currently have a problem with substance use (alcohol or drugs), though using nicotine or caffeine is fine

- You can speak, read, and write in English
- Your psychiatric medications have not been changed or started in the 4 weeks before joining
- You are able to understand and agree to take part in the study on your own behalf

Who may not be able to join:
- You have a condition or circumstance that makes the brain stimulation treatment (TMS) unsafe for you, based on a standard safety checklist
- You have a history of a brain or nervous system condition, such as a brain injury, stroke, or Parkinson's disease
- You are currently aware that you are pregnant or are breastfeeding (if you become pregnant during the study, you would not automatically be removed — confirm with trial site)
- You have a history of seizures or epilepsy
- You have metal implants or dentures
- You have a serious or unstable physical health condition that needs urgent treatment, such as a recent or severe heart condition
- You have a pacemaker, cochlear implants, other implanted electronic devices, or metal implants in your body
- You take higher doses of certain anxiety medications (benzodiazepines above a set level) or any anti-seizure medications
- You meet the criteria for Alcohol Use Disorder
