Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who receive primary care at Boston Medical Center
- People who are at least 18 years old
- People who have access to a computer or mobile device
- People who are able to receive treatment in English or Spanish

- People who are assessed as having an immediate or serious risk of suicidal thoughts or behaviour, as determined by a clinician using a standard rating scale at the baseline appointment
