Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer, confirmed through a tissue sample test (biopsy or pathology).
- People who have between 3 and 6 areas in the body where the cancer has spread (metastatic lesions).
- People who either have no cancer spread to the brain, or whose brain lesions are considered stable.

- People who have a good general level of physical functioning (scored 0–1 on a standard medical scale) and are expected to live for more than 3 months.
- People aged between 18 and 75 years old.

- People who have no medical reasons preventing them from receiving immunotherapy or radiotherapy.
- People who have read and signed the trial's informed consent form.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have serious problems with the functioning of their heart, liver, or kidneys.
- People who have, or have had, another type of cancer in addition to their lung cancer.
- People who have heart disease that is not well controlled, or who have had a heart attack within the past six months.
- People who have a history of mental illness.
