Who might be able to join this trial:
If you have Multiple Sclerosis (MS):
- You are between 20 and 75 years old
- You have been diagnosed with relapsing or progressive MS
- You have completed at least Grade 12 or have a GED
- You are fluent in English
- You are experiencing memory or thinking/cognitive difficulties
- You have access to the internet and a telephone
If you are a caregiver:
- You are 20 years old or older
- You are fluent in English
- You are a caregiver to someone with MS who is taking part in this trial
- The MS participant has given their permission for you to enroll alongside them

Who may not be able to join:
If you have MS:
- You currently have a diagnosed psychiatric condition, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or a substance use disorder
- You have another neurological condition (such as epilepsy, a brain tumor, or a serious brain injury) that could interfere with the study's focus on MS
- You have a diagnosed developmental, learning, intellectual, or physical disability that would prevent you from participating in the study activities
- You have had an MS relapse or have been receiving steroid treatment within the last three months
- You have significant vision problems that prevent you from reading or writing
- You do not have reliable access to the internet or a telephone
If you are a caregiver:
- You have significant vision problems that prevent you from reading or writing
- You do not have reliable access to a telephone or the internet

Primary endpoints
Change in quality of life in MS participants as measured by comparing PROMIS-10 Global Health scores at baseline and at 3 months post-intervention.; Change in subjective cognitive function in MS participants as measured by comparing scores on the Cognitive Function Sub-Scale (Item Bank 2.0) of the Neuro-QOL at baseline and at 3 months post-intervention.; Change in Caregiver participants caregiver burden as measured by comparing Zarit Burden Interview scores at baseline and at 3 months post-intervention.
