Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults between the ages of 50 and 74

- People who have a history of any cancer that is currently being monitored with chest CT or PET scans
- People who experience severe breathlessness even while at rest (rated mMRC4 on a standard scale — confirm with trial site)
- People with recent unexplained weight loss, a significant decline in general health, or coughing up blood, which may suggest an active lung cancer
- People showing signs of a respiratory infection, such as fever or a productive cough
- People under legal guardianship, curatorship, or another form of protected adult status
- People who are not able to freely provide written informed consent before the study begins
