  • People who have serious ongoing health conditions that could make participation risky or difficult, such as unstable heart disease requiring treatment, chronic hepatitis, poorly controlled kidney disease, uncontrolled diabetes (with fasting blood sugar above a certain level), or mental health disorders
  • People whom the trial researchers have determined, for any other reason, are not suitable to participate in this study
