Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) according to specific medical guidelines, and have had the condition for more than two years.

• You do not have significant memory or thinking problems, and you score 24 or higher on a standard mental function test.

Who may not be able to join:

• You have been diagnosed with a neurological condition or a muscle/bone/joint disorder other than MS.
• You have a heart, lung, metabolic, or other health condition that could interfere with the study.
• You have had a significant MS flare-up or been hospitalised in the 3 months before the study starts, or during the study itself.
• You have received steroid treatment (by drip or tablet) in the 6 months before the study starts or during the study period.
• You have received botulinum toxin (such as Botox) treatment in the 6 months before the study begins.
• The stiffness in your muscles scores higher than 2 on the modified Ashworth scale (meaning stiffness is more than moderate).
• You have thinking or communication difficulties that would prevent you from understanding instructions or taking part fully.
• You have uncorrected vision problems, or you have a history of epileptic seizures triggered by flashing lights.
