Who might be able to join this trial:

Who may not be able to join:

• Your bladder cancer has grown into or through the bladder muscle, or has spread to other parts of the body.
• You have the same type of cancer present in other parts of your urinary tract (such as the urethra, ureters, or kidneys) at the same time.
• You are currently taking part in another clinical trial or have received an experimental treatment within the last 4 weeks.
• You have received any treatment given directly into the bladder (chemotherapy or immunotherapy) between your most recent bladder procedure and the start of this trial (a single dose given during that procedure may be acceptable — confirm with trial site).
• You have had chemotherapy, targeted drug therapy, or radiation therapy within the 2 weeks before starting this trial, or you are still experiencing side effects from a previous treatment.
