Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You have an advanced or spreading solid tumor cancer that cannot be removed by surgery, and it has been confirmed by lab testing to have specific genetic markers called MSI-H or dMMR
  • You have previously been treated with a type of immunotherapy (called anti-PD-(L)1 therapy) and your cancer has continued to grow, unless you were unable to receive it or it was not available in your region

  • You have been diagnosed with a rare genetic condition called Werner Syndrome

  • You have a significant heart or blood vessel condition
  • You have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord and is causing worsening symptoms (stable cases managed with medication may be considered — confirm with trial site)
  • You have an active infection that is not under control
  • You have a known allergy or bad reaction to the study drug MOMA-341
  • You have a digestive system problem that could affect how your body absorbs the study drug
  • You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You are HIV positive, unless your HIV is well controlled with treatment, your immune system is in good shape, and you have not had any AIDS-related illness in the past year (confirm with trial site)
  • You have an active liver disease (some exceptions may apply — confirm with trial site)
