Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are a woman between 22 and 45 years old who was assigned female at birth.
• You are fluent in English and able to understand and agree to take part in the study.
• You have been officially diagnosed with endometriosis by a doctor, either through keyhole surgery with a tissue sample confirming it, or through a scan (ultrasound or MRI) clearly showing endometriosis.
• If you still have regular periods (every 21–35 days), you must have reported significant pain both during your period and on days outside your period over the last 28 days (a pain score of 4 or more out of 10 for both).
• If you do not have regular periods (due to irregular cycles, having had a hysterectomy, or surgical menopause), you must have reported significant pelvic pain (a score of 4 or more out of 10) on at least half of the days in the last 28 days.
• You own a smartphone (iPhone running iOS 13.4 or newer, or an Android phone running Android 12 or newer) with an active internet connection.
• You are either not currently using hormonal contraception (such as the pill, injection, or hormonal coil), or you have been using the same hormonal contraception consistently for at least 6 months without any changes.
• You are able to follow instructions and use the study device yourself.

Who may not be able to join:

• You are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant in the next 6 months.
• A close family member (parent or sibling) has a history of epilepsy or seizure conditions.
• You have a serious or untreated neurological condition, such as epilepsy, stroke, brain tumour, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, dementia, or a similar condition affecting the brain or nervous system (confirm with trial site).
• You have any metal implants or electronic medical devices in your brain, head, or neck area.
• You are currently taking part in another clinical trial.
• You have a history of stroke, brain surgery, brain tumours, or a significant head injury.
• You have any active skin sores, open wounds, cuts, or infections on your scalp.
• You have an active scalp skin condition such as dermatitis, eczema, or psoriasis.
• You have significant scarring, burns, or other skin damage on your scalp.
• You have been diagnosed with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.
• You have a history of suicidal behaviour or seriously harming yourself, based on what you report about yourself.
• Your current pain or hormonal treatments must have been stable for a set period — at least 6 weeks for pain medications or at least 6 months for hormonal contraception — with no new medication changes before joining (confirm with trial site).
• You are planning to start any new treatments during the time the study is running.
• You have had surgery for endometriosis in the last 6 months, or you are planning to have such surgery during the study period.
• You have taken part in a neurotechnology or drug trial in the last 6 months.
