For children and adolescents with cystic fibrosis:
- Children and adolescents aged 6 to 18 years

For children and adolescents with cystic fibrosis:

- People who currently smoke or have previously smoked
For healthy children and adolescents:
- People who have had an orthopedic, neurological, psychological, or heart-related problem in the last 6 months that could interfere with the measurements
- People who have any long-term or ongoing health condition
- People who currently smoke or have previously smoked
