Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older who have been diagnosed with malignant melanoma (Stage IIb to IV) and are currently receiving immunotherapy or targeted therapy, either to reduce the chance of cancer returning or to manage advanced disease

- People who have known brain metastases that have not been treated and are currently causing symptoms
- People with serious neurological or heart-related conditions, as defined by guidelines from the American College of Sports Medicine (confirm with trial site)
- People whose doctor has confirmed they have a condition affecting their ability to breathe properly (respiratory insufficiency)
- People whose life expectancy is estimated to be less than 3 months
- People with physical or mental health conditions that would prevent them from safely following the exercise program or study procedures
- People who are already doing large amounts of physical activity — specifically, more than 150 minutes per week of moderate to intense activity, or structured intense strength or endurance training at least twice a week for one hour at a time
