  • People who have a known hormone-related condition that affects metabolism (such as thyroid or adrenal gland disorders) that is either untreated or has only been treated for less than 1 month
  • People who are currently taking weight-loss medications such as GLP-1 agonists (for example, semaglutide) or orlistat
