Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who have been diagnosed with kidney failure at the most advanced stage (stage 5)
- People who have been on regular dialysis for at least 3 months

- People who have a history of seriously not following their dialysis treatment as required

- People who have a known hormone-related condition that affects metabolism (such as thyroid or adrenal gland disorders) that is either untreated or has only been treated for less than 1 month
- People who are currently taking weight-loss medications such as GLP-1 agonists (for example, semaglutide) or orlistat
