Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged between 18 and 65 years
- People who have been diagnosed with Stage I to IIIA lung cancer, confirmed through laboratory tissue testing, based on the 9th edition of the AJCC Cancer Staging Manual
- People who have already had surgery to remove part or all of a lung (such as a lobectomy, pneumonectomy, segmentectomy, or wedge resection) performed using keyhole or robot-assisted surgical techniques
- People with an expected life expectancy of at least 6 months
- People who are generally able to carry out normal daily activities, as measured by a standard health scoring tool (a Karnofsky Performance Status score above 80%)
- People who have the necessary devices and a reliable internet connection to take part in online sessions
Who may not be able to join:
- People who received radiotherapy or chemotherapy before their lung surgery
- People who have serious problems with major organs such as the heart, brain, or kidneys
- People who have any other health condition that would make it unsafe for them to take part in an exercise program
- People who experienced serious complications after their surgery
- People who have cognitive difficulties that would make communication during the trial difficult
- People who are already following a structured, regular exercise program
- People who miss three weeks of sessions in a row, or who complete less than 75% of the exercises set out in the program (confirm with trial site regarding how this is monitored)
- People who choose to withdraw from the study
