Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have given their written agreement to participate before any trial-related activities begin
- People aged 18 or older (or the legal adult age in their country, if that is older than 18)
- People who have been diagnosed with an advanced (extensive-stage) form of small cell lung cancer, confirmed through a tissue or cell sample, meeting specific staging criteria as defined by medical guidelines

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have had another type of cancer in the past 2 years
- People who have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord and is causing symptoms, or who have cancer spreading along the lining of the brain or spinal cord
- People who have previously had a severe or life-threatening reaction to an immune-based therapy
- People who have had a blood clot in an artery — such as a stroke or mini-stroke — within the 6 months before the start of the trial treatment
- People who have an active autoimmune or inflammatory condition
- People with an active HIV infection or active Hepatitis B or C infection
- People who have a lung condition called interstitial lung disease, or current non-infectious inflammation of the lungs
- People who have had an organ transplant
- People who have had a heart attack or significant heart failure within the 6 months before the start of the trial treatment
