- You have been diagnosed with a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread to other parts of the body (Stage IV), confirmed by a lab test on a tissue or cell sample

- You have certain other gene changes in your cancer (such as EGFR, ALK, or RET) for which there are already approved targeted treatments
- You are currently in another clinical trial involving a treatment, or you have received an experimental drug within the last 4 weeks
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have other serious health conditions that your doctor believes would make targeted therapy unsafe for you
- Your doctor has any other concerns that make them feel you should not join this study (confirm with trial site)
