Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are 18 years old or older
• You have been diagnosed with a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread to other parts of the body (Stage IV), confirmed by a lab test on a tissue or cell sample
• You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan, according to standard measurement guidelines
• You have cancer that has spread to the brain, confirmed by imaging, and your brain-related symptoms have been stable for at least 2 weeks before joining the trial

• Your doctor considers you a suitable candidate for a drug called Taletrectinib, OR you have already been taking Taletrectinib for 6 months or less and are being enrolled looking back at your treatment history (confirm with trial site)
• You have read and signed a form giving your agreement to take part in the study

Who may not be able to join:

• You have certain other gene changes in your cancer (such as EGFR, ALK, or RET) for which there are already approved targeted treatments
• You are currently in another clinical trial involving a treatment, or you have received an experimental drug within the last 4 weeks
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding
• You have other serious health conditions that your doctor believes would make targeted therapy unsafe for you
• Your doctor has any other concerns that make them feel you should not join this study (confirm with trial site)
