Group 1 (advanced or metastatic lung cancer):

  • Adults aged 18 or older
  • People who have been diagnosed with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), confirmed through a tissue sample (biopsy)
  • People whose ability to carry out daily activities falls within an acceptable range as assessed by their doctor (confirm with trial site)

Group 2 (early-stage lung cancer before surgery):

  • Adults aged 18 or older
  • People who have been diagnosed with stage II or III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that a surgeon has assessed as operable, confirmed through a tissue sample
  • People whose doctor has planned for them to receive immunotherapy treatment before surgery
  • People who have given written consent to take part in the study

Who may not be able to join:

  • People whose overall health is too unstable to reliably attend and complete the blood or tissue sampling required by the study
