Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are licensed mental health clinicians, or mental health trainees working within the VA system (such as practicum students, psychology interns, or postdoctoral fellows), whose regular job duties include providing therapy services to Veterans
- People who are able to commit to participating for 9 months
- People who work in a setting where CPT (a structured therapy program involving weekly sessions) can be delivered, either as individual 60-minute sessions or 90-minute group sessions
