Who might be able to join this trial:
For Part 1 of the study (Aim 1):
- People aged 18 to 29 years old
- People who have been diagnosed with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (a form of MS with flare-ups and periods of recovery)

- People who can read English or Spanish
- People whose MS either started before age 18 (and who are between 18–25 at the time of joining), or people whose MS started at age 18 or older (and who are between 19–29 at the time of joining)
- People who have had MS for less than 8 years
For Part 3 of the study (Aim 3):
- The first 20 people from Part 2 who completed at least 80% of the Part 2 study data
- At least 70% of participants in this part will be people who identify as Black, Hispanic, or who have a low household income
- Participants will be selected based on their scores on a general health and wellbeing questionnaire, with an even split between those with the highest and lowest scores (confirm with trial site)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have primary progressive MS or secondary progressive MS (forms of MS that worsen more steadily without clear flare-ups)
- People who are not able to give their own informed consent to take part
- People who have had an MS relapse (a flare-up of symptoms) within the 30 days before joining the study
- People who have another significant neurological or psychiatric condition
