Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are a woman between 18 and 40 years old with a body mass index (BMI) of 25 or higher (meaning you are classed as overweight or obese based on standard BMI charts).

- You currently take medication for depression or low mood.
- You have been diagnosed with failure of a major organ, such as the heart, liver, or kidneys.
- You have previously had radiotherapy or chemotherapy.
- You have had surgery or a procedure under general anaesthesia in the past three years, or you are planning to have one in the next three months.
- You have a history of hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, or syphilis.
