Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE/Lupus) according to a specific set of medical guidelines called the EULAR/ACR 2019 criteria
- People whose lupus has not responded well enough to steroid medications and at least 2 different immune-suppressing treatments, each taken for at least 3 months

- People who are pregnant, currently breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant
- People who have previously received CAR T cell therapy, genetically modified T cell therapy, a stem cell transplant, or an organ transplant
- People who have received a live vaccine within 6 weeks before the chemotherapy preparation phase of the trial
- People whose kidneys, liver, or other organs are not functioning at a level considered adequate for the trial (confirm with trial site for specific thresholds)
