Who might be able to join this trial:
- Your cancer has been confirmed by a tissue or cell sample (biopsy) and has either spread to other parts of the body or is at an advanced stage that cannot be removed with surgery
- A CT scan has shown at least one tumor that can be measured according to standard guidelines
- You are generally able to carry out daily activities with little to no limitation (this is measured on a standard scale — confirm with trial site)
- Your organs (such as kidneys, liver, and heart) are working well enough to safely participate

Who may not be able to join:
- You have previously been treated with a radioactive drug used to target and treat cancer (a therapeutic radiopharmaceutical)
- You have previously been treated with a therapy that specifically targets a protein called Nectin-4, unless that treatment was enfortumab vedotin
- You have taken part in another clinical trial and received an experimental treatment within the last 28 days
- You have received chemotherapy, targeted therapy, a biologic drug, immunotherapy, or radiation treatment within the last 3 weeks
- You have a serious ongoing medical condition that could affect your ability to participate in the study or make it hard to tell if the treatment is causing side effects
