  • Your cancer has been confirmed by a tissue or cell sample (biopsy) and has either spread to other parts of the body or is at an advanced stage that cannot be removed with surgery

  • You have previously been treated with a therapy that specifically targets a protein called Nectin-4, unless that treatment was enfortumab vedotin
  • You have taken part in another clinical trial and received an experimental treatment within the last 28 days
  • You have received chemotherapy, targeted therapy, a biologic drug, immunotherapy, or radiation treatment within the last 3 weeks
  • You have a serious ongoing medical condition that could affect your ability to participate in the study or make it hard to tell if the treatment is causing side effects
