Who might be able to join this trial:
- Children from birth up to age 18 who have been diagnosed with a condition called Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (LCH), confirmed by specific laboratory markers (CD1a+ and CD207+)

- Children whose LCH has come back or gotten worse after already receiving treatments such as chemotherapy or certain targeted medicines

Who may not be able to join:

- Children who have a second, separate cancer diagnosis
- Children who have recently had chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or certain targeted drugs and are still experiencing side effects from those treatments
- Children who are currently taking medicines known to cause kidney damage
- Families who do not agree to give consent to participate
- Children who have a known allergy to the trial medicines dabrafenib, trametinib, or clofarabine
- Children whose disease continues to worsen after three months on dabrafenib or trametinib
- Children who experience very serious side effects from clofarabine, including severe toxic reactions or certain dangerous conditions affecting the blood or fluid balance (confirm with trial site)
- Children whose treating doctor determines it is in their best interest to stop the current treatment plan
