Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged between 18 and 45 years old
- People who are well-trained athletes who do sports or exercise that involves being on their feet and bearing weight through their legs (such as running)
- People who currently do around 45 kilometres per week of this type of endurance training and are able to complete the specific exercise sessions required during the trial

- People who are unable to travel to the ACU campus in Fitzroy, Victoria, for all 6 required study visits
- People who are currently pregnant
- People who have used hormonal contraceptives (such as the pill or hormonal implants) within the past 3 months
- People who have begun the transition toward menopause (known as perimenopause) or have already reached menopause
