Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with a specific type of lung cancer (non-small cell lung cancer, at stage II, IIIA, or IIIB with lymph node involvement) confirmed by a lab test after surgery, and the cancer has not spread to other parts of the body
- Your cancer does not have certain genetic changes (called "driver mutations") that affect how it grows
- You have already completed between 1 and 4 rounds of chemotherapy after your surgery
- You have been assessed by a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner and found to have a specific pattern of symptoms known as "two qi syndrome" (confirm with trial site)
- You are between 18 and 80 years old
- Your doctors expect you to live for more than 6 months

- You are willing to follow the treatment plan and attend all required appointments
Who may not be able to join:
- You have been diagnosed with any other type of cancer in the past 5 years, or have another cancer at the same time
- You have serious problems with your heart, liver, or kidneys, or other serious health complications
- Your surgery did not remove all of the cancer (known as R1 or R2 resection), or you need radiation therapy after your surgery
- You have a diagnosed mental health disorder
- You have a history of allergies to multiple medications, or are generally prone to allergic reactions
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
