• People who have been diagnosed with FSHD1 or FSHD2 through both clinical assessment and genetic testing

• People whose blood pressure reads higher than 140/90 mmHg at the screening visit
• People who have taken part in another clinical trial involving an experimental drug or biological treatment within the past month, or within 5 half-lives of that drug — whichever period is longer
• People who have been treated with a type of medication called an oligonucleotide within the past 9 months
