Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults between 18 and 75 years old who are generally able to carry out daily activities with little or no limitation, and who are expected to live for more than 3 months.
- People with a confirmed diagnosis (through laboratory testing of tissue or cells) of a locally advanced or metastatic solid tumour of a specific type, as outlined in the trial protocol.
- People whose cancer can be measured using standard imaging methods, as assessed by the trial investigator.

Who may not be able to join:
- People with high blood pressure that is not well controlled.

- People with a spread of cancer to the membranes surrounding the brain or spinal cord, even if it has been treated.
- People with a history of lung disease caused by a previous drug treatment (a condition called drug-induced interstitial lung disease).
- People with a history of any serious heart or cardiovascular condition.
- People who have had a serious infection requiring intravenous (IV) medications within 2 weeks before the trial would start.
- People who have previously received a solid organ transplant (such as a kidney, liver, or heart transplant).
