Who might be able to join this trial:

• Adults between 18 and 75 years old who are generally able to carry out daily activities with little or no limitation, and who are expected to live for more than 3 months.

• People with a history of lung disease caused by a previous drug treatment (a condition called drug-induced interstitial lung disease).
• People with a history of any serious heart or cardiovascular condition.
• People who have had a serious infection requiring intravenous (IV) medications within 2 weeks before the trial would start.
• People who have previously received a solid organ transplant (such as a kidney, liver, or heart transplant).
