Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 75 years old (for the Phase II part), or between 12 and 75 years old and weigh at least 40 kg (for the Phase III part)
- You have been diagnosed with a specific type of vitiligo called "non-segmental vitiligo" for at least 3 months
- Your vitiligo covers at least 5% of your body's skin surface area
- Your vitiligo affects your face, covering at least a small amount (0.5% of facial skin area)

- You have a history of any other significant major health conditions, aside from vitiligo
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- The trial doctor decides, for any reason, that this study is not appropriate for you
