Group 1 – Patients:
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have had internal bladder treatment (treatment placed directly into the bladder) for early-stage bladder cancer that does not go deep into the bladder wall, and finished that treatment within the past year
Group 1 – Healthcare providers/staff:
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have more than 2 years of experience giving a specific type of bladder treatment called BCG
Group 2:
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have been diagnosed with early-stage bladder cancer (cancer that has not grown deep into the bladder wall) and your doctor has prescribed a treatment called BCG as your first treatment
Who may not be able to join:
Group 1:
- You are not able to give your agreement to take part in the study
Group 2:
- You are not able to give your agreement to take part in the study
- You are unable to have a catheter (a thin tube inserted into the bladder) due to a history of narrowing in the urinary passage (confirm with trial site)
- You have had a bad reaction to BCG treatment before
- You do not have access to a mobile phone
- You are unable to read and respond to written messages in English
