Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are willing to take part voluntarily, sign a consent form, follow the study requirements, and attend follow-up appointments
- Women aged 18 to 75 years old (inclusive) at the time of signing the consent form
- People who have been diagnosed with cervical cancer, confirmed through a tissue or cell sample test
- People whose doctors expect them to live for at least 12 weeks
- People whose major organs (such as the liver, kidneys, and heart) are functioning normally
- Women who could become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy blood test within 7 days before starting the trial treatment, must not be breastfeeding, and must agree to use contraception from signing the consent form until 7 months after the last dose of the trial drug
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord and has not been treated or is currently active
- People who have had, or currently have, another type of cancer (other than cervical cancer)
- People who have a significant build-up of fluid around the lungs, heart, or abdomen that is causing symptoms or is difficult to control
- People who have a history of scarring or inflammation of the lung tissue (interstitial lung disease) that required steroid treatment
- People who have an autoimmune, connective tissue, or inflammatory condition that affects the lungs
- People who have known lung damage caused by another existing lung condition
- People who currently have active tuberculosis (TB) affecting the lungs
- People who have poorly controlled or serious heart or blood vessel disease
- People who have had a blood clot in an artery or vein within 1 month before joining the trial
- People who have had a serious infection within 1 month before joining the trial
- People who have a weakened immune system, including those who have tested positive for HIV
