  • People who work night shifts or rotating swing shifts
  • People who have untreated obstructive sleep apnea, either based on what they report or based on their score on a screening questionnaire
  • People who are currently using bright light therapy
  • People who have hearing or vision impairments that would prevent them from participating in the trial's assessments or treatments
