Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are female and between 18 and 46 years old
- People who are currently pregnant and less than 25 weeks along
- People who are able to read and write in English
- People who have experienced at least one traumatic event that meets a specific clinical definition (confirm with trial site)

- People who regularly use benzodiazepines (a type of sedative or anti-anxiety medication) more than 4 times per week
