Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are aged 65 or older
- You have been diagnosed with generalized Myasthenia Gravis (a muscle weakness condition), confirmed by medical records, a physical examination, and a blood test showing specific antibodies

- You are able to understand and sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study
- You are willing and able to attend scheduled visits and follow all study requirements
- You are enrolled in a European social security system
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a mental health condition, significant memory problems, or dementia that could affect your ability to take part, or you score below 28 on a standard memory and thinking test
- You have any other illness or health condition that, in the doctor's opinion, could affect the study results or put you at additional risk
- You currently have or have had cancer (with some exceptions for certain fully treated skin or cervical cancers — confirm with trial site)
- You have a significant bacterial, viral, or fungal infection that is not well controlled at the time of screening
- You have received a live vaccine within the past 6 weeks
- You have recently been treated with certain other medications used for Myasthenia Gravis, including anti-complement drugs, anti-FcRN drugs, anti-CD20 drugs, or have recently had plasma exchange treatment (specific waiting periods apply — confirm with trial site)
- You have an end-stage illness or a condition that would prevent you from being properly evaluated or treated during the trial
- You are legally protected, under guardianship, or are otherwise unable to participate in a clinical trial under French health law
