Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are willing to sign a consent form and take part in all parts of the trial

- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who are planning to become pregnant during the trial period or within at least 90 days after taking the last dose of the trial medicine

- People who have already received any treatment for the current episode of TB that acts against the TB bacteria

- People who have taken nitric oxide (NO) or related medicines, certain medicines that affect blood vessel function (phosphodiesterase inhibitors), or lung surfactant drugs within 30 days before screening
