Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with ADHD according to the DSM-5 (the standard medical guide used to diagnose mental health conditions)

- People for whom the brain stimulation treatment used in this trial (TMS) would be unsafe, including those with epilepsy, a cardiac pacemaker, a cochlear implant, or metal implants in the body
- People for whom MRI scanning would be unsafe or not possible, including those with metal implants, claustrophobia, or certain tattoos
- People with a history of epilepsy, brain disorders, traumatic brain injury, or serious physical health conditions
- People with a history of violent behaviour or suicidal behaviour
- People who also have another neurodevelopmental condition, such as autism spectrum disorder or tic disorders
- People who have another primary psychiatric diagnosis, other than conduct disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, mild anxiety, or mild depression
- People with a history of substance abuse
- People who are currently receiving other non-medication treatments for ADHD, such as cognitive behavioural therapy or neurofeedback
- Female participants who are pregnant or breastfeeding
