Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (a type of cancer in the back of the nose and throat) confirmed by a laboratory tissue test
- People whose cancer is at a stage classified as Stage II, III, or IVa, and whose treatment plan includes receiving chemotherapy and radiation therapy at the same time
- People aged 18 or older, of any gender

- People who have a second, separate cancer diagnosis at the same time
- People who are not receiving chemotherapy and radiation therapy together as part of their treatment
- People who have diabetes, or who have a history of serious hormone or metabolism-related conditions
- People who are allergic to oral nutritional meal replacement products
