Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 70 years old

- You have liver or kidney problems
- You are allergic to methotrexate or have a medical reason why you cannot take it
- You have an active or poorly controlled infection, including long-term infections such as tuberculosis
- You have already had genetic testing specifically for a gene variation called TRAF3IP2 (rs13190932) (confirm with trial site)
